For preclinical pharmacokinetics (PK) analysis, Creative Diagnostics have developed generic PK ELISA reagents using specially designed components, suitable for the quantification of humanized monoclonal antibodies in preclinical studies. The kits can accurately and robustly quantify human IgG1, IgG2, or IgG4 titer over broad working ranges in several matrices, reduce the development cycle of preclinical methods with reliable PK data, and accelerate the product development process.
